The Bungalow Gets Trees

Cath.house.837

It’s been a winter and The Bungalow has not gotten grass. But it did get some trees.

A few weeks back Costco had some incredible deals on trees and shrubs.  We ended up buying 10+ plants for the front and back yard and have slowly been putting them into the ground.  In the front we’ve added these hug-able (only visually) dwarf spruce trees.

Grass is next.

In the backyard we’ve planted three burning bushes.

  • Those are beautiful “baby steps”. The new trees and shrubbery look great! I’d love to hear if the Costco plant stock does well in our climate.

Our yard work is not quite as impressive. We’ve planted another kiddie swimming pool strawberry bed-we’ll just have to see if it does as well as the established strawberry pool.
